Contact Forms
When visitors interact with the site, we collect the data shown in any related forms, including but not limited to the contact form. Additionally, we may collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
Accounts & Guest Checkout
Customers can create an account to track orders and manage preferences. Guest checkout is also available. Users can reset their passwords using the “Lost your password” link or contact us for account deletion.
Cookies

How Long We Retain Your Data
If you fill out a form on our website, we retain the generated email from that form as well as saved data directly on the site, which is available to site administrators.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If a user requests account deletion, we will remove their account; however, we will retain order history and any legally required data for tax and compliance purposes.
What Rights You Have Over Your Data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you (as available with the tools we have), including any data you have provided to us and orders you have placed. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
